The Roose Company was established in 1978. The officers Lynn E. Roose, Nathan Myers, Scott Stocker and Lynn E. Roose Jr. combined, share over 100 years of diversified experience in general construction, custom woodworking, interior finishing, new construction, renovation and conversion of existing buildings into new uses.
The Roose Company, Inc. has developed a well-known reputation for quality commercial construction. We are proud of our dedication to doing the job right and accommodating our customers' wants and needs into our projects. Most of our projects are obtained through repeat customers, customer referrals and architects' referrals.
Based in Columbus Ohio, The Roose Company, Inc. manages construction projects from the MidWest to the East Coast including projects in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia.
We are "open shop" contractors. Our work is not hampered by restrictive construction practices or by productivity restraints. We complete our projects on schedule and try to maintain our low overhead, keeping our prices more competitive and meeting our customers' budgets.
